You may return your eBike within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund, no questions asked.

Conditions for a Refund:

• The eBike must be in its original condition, free from damage or misuse.

• All original accessories (charger, battery, user manual, toolkit, etc.) must be included.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt) is required.

• Shipping and handling fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Refund Process

1. Request Return: Contact our support team at support@luckeebike.bike within 30 days of delivery.

2. Receive Instructions: We’ll provide the return address and packaging guidelines.

3. Send Back Product: Ship the product back in secure packaging.

4. Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the bike, we’ll confirm the condition.

5. Refund Issued: Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

• If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or payment provider.

• If the issue persists, contact us at support@luckeebike.shop and we’ll assist immediately.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your eBike arrives damaged, faulty, or missing parts, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no extra cost.

Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned after 30 days of delivery

• Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs

• Accessories purchased separately (unless defective)
